![]() | Firm Overview Our firm consists of two attorneys, James Evans and Victoria Fair Woo. Jim, a former judge and business owner, has more than thirty-five years of legal experience serving the Houston area. Victoria joined the firm in 1998 and became a partner in 2002. Together we are committed to providing our clients with quality legal services with a personal touch. Our approach to the practice of law is simple. We enjoy what we do and don’t make it more complicated than it needs to be. Our no-nonsense approach allows us to interact with our clients on a more personal level so we can really get to know them and what their needs are. As a small, experienced law firm, we are able to offer each of our clients personal attention in resolving their legal matters. In addition to working hard to serve our clients, we also are committed to serving our community. Literacy is an issue that is near and dear to Jim’s heart. He has put countless hours and dollars into adult and youth literacy in the Houston area. He serves on the boards of Putting Children First, Houston's Read Commission for Adult Literacy and the Center for the Study of Popular Culture.
